Terms and Conditions:

The promoter of this Promotion is Online Money Transfer Service S.A.L (“Promoter” or “OMT”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM (GMT+3) on December 1, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (GMT+3) on January 7, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and is subject to extension by the Promoter.

2. How to enter:

Entry with a Western Union Money Transfer® transaction

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants who receive an inbound Western Union Money Transfer® transaction to Lebanon, at physical locations where OMT offers the Western Union Money Transfer Service including any physical location operated by his sub- representative , coming in from the United States, Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands, greater or equal to 300$ (excluding cash handling fees) (a “Qualifying Transaction”) will qualify for the Promotion. Entries will be identified with qualifying MTCN numbers. Cancelled, Returned or Voided transactions will not be eligible for participation in this promotion. There is no limit of entry per person/per promotion period.

3. Prizes

Eligible receivers cashing out any Qualifying transaction greater or equal to 300$ (excluding cash handling fees) will instantly earn an additional bonus of $10 paid by OMT (the “Prize”).

4. General Conditions

The Promotion is subject to all applicable state and local laws and regulations. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason or event beyond Promoter’s control, including but not limited to a Force Majeure event or occurrence, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disaster, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic) making it inadvisable, impractical, impossible or illegal or which materially affects OMT ability to perform its obligations under this agreement in whole or in part, or if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. If terminated, The Promoter may, at its discretion, award the Prize from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such action.

In no event will more than the Prize be awarded. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control. Promoter not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the Promotion.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. Release

Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless OMT and their respective successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability (including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property) arising out of participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize P, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

The Prize winner agrees and acknowledges that he/she will be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guest associated, without limitation with any actions, claims or liabilities related to a guest’s use of the Prize. Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize after it has been delivered/awarded. The components of the Prize are subject to change based on local health and safety guidelines at the time of award.

In the event any portion of the Prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason OMT will have no further obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for OMT to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.

6. Privacy

Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. Western Union will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Statement, which can be viewed at https://www.westernunion.com/global/en/privacy-statement.html.

The Privacy Statement also contains information about how participants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, and how participants may complain about a breach of their privacy or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.The Promoter will not disclose participant’s personal information to any entity outside of the country in which it was originally collected. A request to access, update or correct any private information should be directed to the Promoter.
