Cash Out | The Middle East Council of Churches (MECC)
Starting July 12, 2021, beneficiaries can collect their MECC cash assistance through more than 1,200 OMT locations across Lebanon.
Beneficiaries should provide the OMT Agent with their account number and the One-Time Password (OTP), both included in the SMS sent to beneficiaries by OMT, as well as a valid identification document.
